Accessibility Statement for Picturestells Concrete
Last updated: October 2026
Picturestells Concrete wants picturestells.living to work for all people, including people with disabilities. This page tells you how we think about access. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want a site that as many people as possible can use. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that matter
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let you use the whole site with just a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time. When we find a problem, we work to correct it.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a contractor. Or email contact@picturestells.living, and we will do what we can to help.
Share Your Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how easy this site is to use. Email contact@picturestells.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device, or assistive tool, if you know it
We will read your note. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
