If the Issue Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the contractor. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback on contractors helps keep our network honest. A contractor that keeps falling short may be removed. Please know that Picturestells Concrete cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money you paid a contractor. We cannot act for a contractor.

How to File

Email contact@picturestells.living. Please include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the contractor
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The contractor's name, if you know it
• A short note on what happened and what you hope we can do

After You Write

We will email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the contractor. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help if the contractor is licensed.
